The location of this hotel is perfect for a beach vacation. Just a quick 5-minute walk to the beautiful sandy shores and only 10 minutes from the train station, making it easy to explore nearby cities like Pisa and Florence. The hotel also provides seating outside, so you can relax and enjoy the pleasant surroundings.
All was great, no improvements needed.

Family run business and owners friendly and helpful. The hotel has a good location between both the beach and the train station. Decent breakfast and good choice of foods
We asked for a double bed and was given a room with 3 single beds.

The staff and the owner were fantastic, the food was great, the service was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. Overall a nice place to stay
The dinner service was a little too fast as the dinner hour is well defined between 8 and 9 pm to allow the setting up of the breakfast table for the next day

Very helpful and hard working lady running the hotel, who gave us information about bus timetables to get to Torre del Lago, and told us when and where to see the Carnival procession in Viareggio which was excellent and great fun. She also advised on other trips we could have made and recommended restaurants in Viareggio and Lucca. The breakfasts are excellent and there is lots to choose from. It is located opposite a park so there is not much noise at night from outside.
The walls are very thin, and you can hear people talking and the TV in adjoining rooms.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they dont have parking facilities but they were very helpful in booking us street parking which saved a lot of hassle and stress! The location is good as well, 10 mins from the beach and also right next to a large park. The breakfasts were really good as well, they offered a large variety of food compared to other hotels we stayed at during our holiday.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, right next to a beautiful park and just a short walk to the beach. The rooms are well-equipped with balconies overlooking the park, air conditioning, and all the necessary facilities. The breakfast is a real highlight, with delicious homemade cakes and a variety of pastries to choose from.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

I liked the wonderful friendliness of the owner / manager I dealt with. She was very helpful with all my requests re beach, bank and suggested a local restaurant where the food was really wonderful. The location is excellent, only 5 minutes walk away from the beach but just outside the tourist madness. The pine woods across the road provide some pleasant walks. Parking is at a premium in Viareggio even at this off-season time in early May but the hotel provides discounted parking rates. Watch out for the road-cleaning days and times - you will need to move your car! Excellent hotel, I will be staying there for a week later in the year.

Great location close to the beach and train/bus stations. Good value for money compared to other hotels. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.
The room was small and outdated with dusty furniture and hard beds. the bathroom was unsafe, with a cracked shower and flooded floors.
